A Clear Guide to Storentic's Fees and Included Services

Separate the subscription, setup, payment processing, and website services so you know which questions to resolve before starting.

Start with the Portal subscription

Storentic Portal has a $499 monthly subscription and a separate $500 one-time setup fee. These are different charges: one covers the recurring subscription, while the other relates to getting started.

  • Review the billing unit and facilities covered in your Order Form.
  • Confirm the service start date and billing schedule.
  • Read the agreed setup scope and responsibilities.
  • Check applicable taxes and any agreed additional services.

Put it into practice: Use the pricing page for the current public offering and the accepted agreement for the terms that apply to your account.

Understand tenant payment-processing fees

Tenant payments processed through Portal via Stripe Connect carry a Storentic application fee of 1% of the transaction amount, in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees. The application fee is deducted automatically by Stripe at the transaction.

  • Keep payment-processing fees separate from the Portal subscription.
  • Confirm the payment methods and Stripe terms that apply to your account.
  • Complete the processor onboarding and verification requirements.
  • Review gross payments, fees, and payouts when reconciling records.

Put it into practice: Do not assume the subscription includes processor charges or that every payment method has the same Stripe fee.

Know when website development is included

Website development is included when you purchase a Storentic Portal subscription. A website can also be purchased separately without Portal, with project scope and payment terms agreed before work begins.

  • Confirm page count, functionality, and any integrations.
  • Agree who supplies content, photographs, and brand assets.
  • Clarify separate project fees if you are buying development without Portal.
  • Review ownership and handover terms in the applicable agreement.

Put it into practice: Development inclusion does not define every ongoing service. Confirm hosting, SEO, and future website changes for the arrangement you select.

Website subscriptions include hosting and SEO

Storentic website subscriptions include hosting and ongoing SEO. The work, reporting, and other deliverables follow the selected plan rather than an unlimited promise of all marketing or development services.

  • Review the website and SEO plan that fits your requirements.
  • Confirm the included hosting tier and support scope.
  • Document agreed SEO activities and reporting.
  • Separate ongoing SEO from additional website changes or new functionality.

Put it into practice: For a standalone website project, confirm the ongoing service arrangement in writing instead of assuming a subscription is included.

Distinguish included support from new work

Website development includes one revision round and 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additional revisions, new features, and work beyond the included period are agreed separately.

  • Ask how the included revision round is organized.
  • Confirm the agreed hourly rate or project fee for extra work.
  • Check which hosting maintenance tasks are included.
  • Identify the support channels and hours that apply.

Put it into practice: A clear scope makes it easier for both teams to plan the work and avoid surprises.

Review the term and exit process

The standard Portal initial term is six months unless the Order Form specifies otherwise. Client cancellation for convenience is restricted during that initial term; after it, the subscription renews month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to terminate. Schedule A also has a six-month initial term followed by month-to-month renewal, with written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Earlier termination follows the MSA.

  • Read your selected schedules alongside the Order Form.
  • Confirm the notice address and the date notice must be received.
  • Review website ownership and handover milestones.
  • Plan any required data export; Portal data is made available for export for 30 days after termination.

Put it into practice: This guide summarizes the offering and does not replace the accepted MSA, schedules, or Order Form. Resolve differences before signing.
