  1. Start with your operation

Tell us how your facility works today, where your team gets slowed down, and what you want to improve. A walkthrough should answer your operating questions, whether you run one location or several.

    Storentic
Show the relevant Portal workflows and discuss the fit for your operation.
    Your team
Bring your key questions, number of locations, current systems, and the people involved in the decision.
  2. Agree the scope and responsibilities

Before work begins, review the selected services, fees, responsibilities, and timeline. Your accepted MSA, applicable schedules, and Order Form define the work we will deliver.

    Storentic
Document the selected services, agreed setup work, required connections, and delivery responsibilities.
    Your team
Confirm the scope, name a primary contact, and review and accept the required documents.
  3. Prepare records and connections

We review the information needed for setup and establish what can be transferred or configured. Payment processing, gate access, and website connections are checked against your actual setup.

    Storentic
Confirm the supported record formats, configuration requirements, and any agreed transition assistance.
    Your team
Provide the agreed facility records, approved operating rules, and authorized access through the agreed secure process.
  4. Configure and train

Set up the agreed workflows and prepare the people who will use them. Training should focus on the tasks your team actually performs, from finding a unit to reviewing a balance.

    Storentic
Provide configuration and training within the agreed scope, and help clarify the workflow questions that arise.
    Your team
Make staff available, confirm permissions, and review representative accounts and operating scenarios.
  5. Check readiness and launch

Review the agreed checks before the new workflow becomes part of daily operations. Launch timing depends on scope, required information, approvals, and any third-party dependencies.

    Storentic
Work through the agreed readiness checks, review open issues, and coordinate the launch steps assigned to Storentic.
    Your team
Validate your records and workflows, approve readiness, and coordinate changes with your existing providers.
  6. Know where to go for support

After launch, use the support channels for your selected services. Keep questions specific so the team can understand the issue and the work it affects.

    Storentic
Provide the support described in your agreement and identify when a request needs a separate scope.
    Your team
Report the issue, affected workflow, and relevant details. Share account information only through the agreed support process.
Before We Begin

A little preparation makes the conversation more useful.

You do not need everything ready to ask a question. These are the details we will work through as your scope takes shape.

For your operation

  • Facility locations, unit types, and approximate unit counts.
  • Current software and the workflows you want to improve.
  • Billing policies, key reports, and staff roles.
  • Gate hardware and payment-processing arrangements.
  • Your primary contact and any existing-provider commitments.

For your website

  • Domain provider and current website information.
  • Logo, approved brand assets, and facility photographs.
  • Location details, unit information, and customer questions.
  • Required forms, reservation tools, or rental connections.
  • A person who can review content and approve the work.

Common Questions

Before you make the move.

Do you move all of our existing data automatically?

We review your current system, export options, record formats, and the assistance included in your project. Historical records, documents, and payment credentials may require different handling. We confirm the supported scope before making a transition plan.

How long does getting started take?

We agree a timeline after reviewing the scope, required materials, integrations, and approvals. We do not use a single launch promise for every facility or website project.

Will our existing gate and website work with Portal?

Portal provides gate access control, but compatibility must be checked against your actual hardware, software, and configuration. Website connections are also agreed individually. Bring the details to your walkthrough so we can review them.

What fees and terms should we review?

Review the Portal subscription, setup fee, payment-processing charges, applicable taxes, and your selected website services. Your MSA, schedules, and Order Form explain the initial term, renewal, notice requirements, and service scope. See Portal pricing or read the fees guide.

What support is included for website projects?

Website development includes one revision round and 30 days of post-launch bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additional revisions and later changes are agreed separately. Website subscriptions include hosting and ongoing SEO according to the selected plan.
